Course Overview
The Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) program, certified by the Food Safety and Standards
Authority of India (FSSAI), aims to educate food industry professionals on essential principles and
practices related to food safety and hygiene.
The FoSTaC programme is aimed at creating a pool of food safety supervisors (FSS), who are trained
in good hygiene and manufacturing practices as per requirements in Schedule 4 of Food Safety and Standards
Licensing and Registration Regulations, 2011.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the FoSTaC program, participants will receive certification from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), demonstrating their understanding and competency in food safety and hygiene practices.
